    Vitality Health & Fitness will achieve this by

  • focusing on building sustainable movement habits that can be maintained for a lifetime

  • enouraging participation in additional activities that bring joy- ie. Running/walking, cycling, paddling, swimming, yoga, boxing, hiking etc.

  • Bringing awareness to community resources and collaborating with local health professionals
