Appointment Details:
Discussion: Your movement history, restrictions or limitations and goals at Vitality.
Logistics: How to schedule and understand the various sessions offered and which small group sessions would best suit your needs or options for personal training.
Goal:
To ensure you feel confident with your starting point, the next steps, and the studio processes, so you're fully supported for your first movement session.
Strength & Conditioning Small Group Training runs in 12-week training blocks.
Another great time to Get Started is at the beginning of a 12-Week Training Block as weeks 1-3 are coaching focused.
Our next 12-Week Strength and Conditioning sessions starts January 5.
We will be working with an Interim program starting December 9.
