Small Group Training, with a Personal Training Approach

Full Body Functional Training- Mondays

  • Mobility based Warm-up

  • Functional Movement Patterns- squat, lunge, hip-hinge, push, pull and core

  • the “Monday Menu” allows each individual to choose a movement pattern variation best suited to them and progress at a pace suitable for each individual

  • Flexibility based Cool-down

Instructor led class with cues on breath, form, tempo and proper muscle activation make this class one in which you feel supported while also having an opportunity to work within the scope of how you are feeling on that particular day.

Full-Body Low-Impact Resistance Training- Wednesdays

  • A lower weight, higher reps style workout- using light weights, resistance bands, sliders, bender balls, yoga blocks and suspension trainers

  • Compound movements challenging the mind and body to work together while challenging muscular endurance

  • Larger movements at the joints to work on mobility and range of motion within a movement pattern

Full-Body Strength and Conditioning Circuit- Friday/Saturday

  • Station style rotation setup with a combination of strength and conditioning

  • AMRAP, EMOM and timed stations with some partner and group work infused

  • Lots of choice to work within your level of ability

  • A whole lot of fun to kickoff your weekend feeling great!

Sweat, Stretch & Mobility- Tuesdays

  • A great balance between full-body strength training sessions

  • Start with a mobility based warmup- move into a cardiovascular focused circuit and finish with an extra long stretch

Yoga/Pilates Infusion- Tuesdays/Thursdays/Select Saturdays'

  • A great balance between full-body strength training sessions

  • This class will take you through some restorative yoga and mindful mat pilates movements with a focus on core strength

DanceFit- Thursdays/Select Saturdays

  • Come move to the beat and get a sweat on

  • This one is hard to do without a smile on your face

  • Absolutely no experience necessary- just find the joy in moving to the music

Mom & Baby-

Post-Natal Movement-

Mondays at 11am

45min. classes

  • Mom & Baby programming is focused on strength, mobility, stability and conditioning for post-natal care

  • This class is NOT about getting that pre-baby body back as our culture may suggest- but rather learning how to move, work and heal within our post-natal body with mindfulness and awareness for a safe return to all types of movement modalities

  • Doctors clearance for post-natal movement is required and it is strongly suggested to have had an assessment by a pelvic floor therapist before beginning for best results as well as on-going care and assessment along the way

  • If you are looking to get out and meet other moms while moving your body for mental and physical health this program is for you

A combination of in-studio and outdoor (weather permitting) small group fitness, 6 moms maximum per class.

  • Toddlers are welcome
