Choice and autonomy to choose a movement variation that works best for you
Stretch & Cool-down
Instructor-led class with each participant moving at their own station with their own equipment.
Strength and Conditioning Circuit- Friday/Saturday
A combination of functional strength training, conditioning, core stability and accessory movements.
In this small group fitness session we include the movement patterns learned and led in Monday and Wednesday classes and transfer them onto a variety of equipment types- a fun way to kickoff the end of the week

Timeless (60+) -Strength & Stability

This small group fitness session is designed for those 60 years and older to build strength and stability.
We hope these classes will allow you to continue to participate in all of the things you love to do when you leave this session feeling strong and stable.
Complimentary Movement Options
Restorative Mobility
Feel better in your body. This class gently guides you through stretches, mobility drills and stability work to help you move with less pain and more freedom.
Whether you are recovering, managing stiffness, need some active recovery from strength training or just need to slow down, this is your space to restore and reconnect.
Pilates
CarolAnne is a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor. She provides a class designed to enhance your core strength and promote body awareness through a series of low impact controlled movements. Whether you’re new to pilates or looking to deepen your practice you will leave feeling centered, balanced and refreshed.
Sweat OR Strength Circuit (45min)
You choose- Sweat Circuit OR Strength Circuit
Everyone starts with a dynamic, mobility based warmup
Sweat Circuit= 8 circuit stations programmed to get your heart rate up and working in a zone 3+ heart rate zone. This is high intensity work designed for heart and lung health.
Strength Circuit= 8 circuit stations programmed for functional strength and paired into supersets to keep you moving efficiently.
Everyone finishes with a stretch/cooldown
DanceFit
Get ready to sweat, smile and move to the beat. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or love to have fun and let loose this class is for all levels and abilities.
Set to an upbeat playlist of feel-good hits, you’ll follow easy to learn dance routines while having a blast.
Expect plenty of energy, lots of laughter and a feel-good sweat that leaves you feeling confident. Bring your best moves or your best effort and lets have fun!
Our instructor Jessie has an Honours Specialist in Kinesiology and a Minor in Dance- having dance bring so much joy into her life paired with learning about movement in the body has inspired her to bring her two joys together to provide you with the perfect pairing.

Mom & Baby- Functional Movement- (Next Session September 2025)

Designed for the functional movements required for moms in their everyday life with baby and more
A great time to meet other moms who are in the same day to day routines and socialize
Toddlers are welcome
These run in 8 session blocks at various times throughout the year
Strong Girls- (In-Session May/June 2025)

Designed to educate girls on the importance of movement, fuelling their body for adequate energy and recovery, the importance of rest and recovery, technique for functional movement patterns, why we warmup and cooldown and more
A fun, inclusive environment teaching girls that movement and healthy habits are meant to support and nourish our bodies
Youth Strength & Conditioning Summer Program- (In-Session July/August 2025)
12 Participants
Will run Mondays & Wednesdays at 1pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30am
Designed to build a strong foundation in strength and movement for young athletes and active youth
Through age-appropriate exercises the focus is on proper technique, body awareness and movement quality to support safe, effective training that can support all kinds of activity and movement
