Vitality Health & Fitness is a community of support for overall wellbeing. Although our primary service is small group fitness with an individualized approach, we pride ourselves in valuing overall health and well-being and approaching movement in a way that works for each individual.
Our Mission
We aim to train participants for life and longevity, focusing on fitness as a **feeling** of vitality and changing the culture and mindset away from the all or nothing approach.
Flexible Training
Our adaptable schedule works for you, whether you can commit 1 or 4 days a week. We consider your stress, sleep, nutrition, and life stage when selecting the best movement approach.
Education
We know that long term success with health and fitness are rooted in education. We ensure that we are not just prescribing what to do but ensure that our community understands why they are doing it. Learning is a huge part of this community to ensure our clients are not just going through the motions but engaging in learning and knowing their bodies.
Small Group Training
Our small group sessions offer a personal training approach with highly qualified trainers.
Choice and autonomy are a vital part of the programming to ensure that each individual is moving in a way that is supportive of their individual needs.
