Vitality Health and Fitness is inspired collectively by my passion for helping others, my background and education in health, wellness, physical education, athletics, fitness, and my own life experiences.

Vitality Health and Fitness aims to train participants for life and longevity.

Coaching Fitness as a FEEL, rather than a LOOk.

Training that takes into consideration participants stress, sleep, nutrition and season of life when selecting the best approach to movement.

Vitality Health and Fitness aims to coach participants in mindful movement to ensure participants are choosing movement pattern variations best suited for their mind and body and individual goals.

We support this by recommending a 1:1 intake to discuss all of the above

Programming focuses on:

  • Full-Body Strength (in-studio)

  • Stability and Mobility (in-studio)

  • Zone 2 Cardiovascular Training (encouraged to do outdoors)

  • Zone 4/5 Cardiovascular Training (in-studio)

Our small group training has a personal training approach with highly qualified trainers.
